Mounting the module
The Wooting 60HE v2 module comes with a friction fit pad pre-installed. All our 60% cases are compatible with the friction fit pad, while most third party cases are not.
If you're installing the module in a non-friction-fit-compatible case, make sure to remove the friction fit pad from the module and replace it with the Poron sandwich pad. Use the spare PCBA screws to mount the module into its case.
Classic and Split-spacebar Layout
The classic spacebar layout needs no explanation. The split spacebar layout does, and it brings some great gameplay benefits.
It essentially adds an extra key that your left thumb can reach without moving your hand off the WASD (or QWER) keys.
In League of Legends, this means you can trigger an extra action, like a camera toggle or item, without lifting off your main abilities (QWER). In Valorant, it lets you rebind awkward default keys (like Jett Dash) so you can press them without disrupting your WASD movement.
Unmatched Performance
Equipped with an upgraded chip, the 60HE v2 achieves a stable input speed of around 0.125 ms. The keyboard supports true 8 kHz polling, scanning every key at that same rate and in perfect sync. Just activate Tachyon mode in Wootility to unleash the beast.
